Returns & Exchanges
At Caravan Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your equipment or non-perishable goods, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or perishable pantry items unless they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and is a non-perishable product like brewing equipment or merchandise.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the original packing slip and send them to our London roastery using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
